The Marsh Cave

The marsh cave is the location of Astos' stolen crown. You will have to fight a party of wizards if you plan to get it. The treasure chest listing is broken down by floor:

Floor 1: No treasure at all. Keep to the left side when traveling to avoid dead ends. Going up takes you to floor 2a and going down takes you to 2b.

Floor 2A: There are 4 treasure chests on this floor. The upper left room has one, but it is empty. The far right room has one that contains a large dagger. The lower room holds two chests. The left one is empty and the right one has 620 gold pieces in it. There is no way off of floor 2a besides the way you came in.

Floor 2B: This floor holds 3 treasure chests. The far left one has 680 gold pieces. The middle one has a short sword. Finally, the far right chest is empty. This floor is the only way to gain access to floor 3.

Floor 3: The final floor has 11 treasure chests. WARNING: The final 3 chests that are on this list are behind locked doors. The key is required to get them. In the upper left corner is a treasure chest that bears iron armor. The upper right one has 295 gold pieces. In the second row of rooms, the left most room has a treasure chest with a copper bracelet in it. The next room over has a house and an empty treasure chest. The third row has the crown which is guarded. There is also 385 gold pieces in the next room over, and the room to the right of that has an empty chest. The three chests that are locked contain, from left to right, a silver bracelet, a silver knife, and 1020 gold pieces.
